After juggling a media career while raising a young family, I experienced burnout — a turning point that led me to pursue 10 years of training in behaviour change and co-found Select Wellness 8 years ago.

Since then, I’ve supported companies like Atlassian, Canva, Microsoft, PwC, and Unilever in creating sustainable wellbeing strategies.

My integrated coaching blends Behaviour Change, Neuroplasticity, Epigenetics, Coaching, and Nutrition into practical, science-backed tools you can actually use.
